All digital images purchased from Critchley Creative LLC are royalty free.  Royalty free means that

• You, as the purchaser, pay only once for an image that can be used for various projects during unrestricted period of time.

• The price is based on the size of the image file you purchase. You do not pay any additional royalties on a per-use basis or based on circulation or on the number of prints produced of the purchased image.

• You may modify the image. You may not integrate the image into a derivative artwork for which a claim of new copyright is sought or acquired.

• You may not redistribute, sublicense or resell the purchased image.

• You may use the product for advertising and promotional materials, packaging, web pages, presentations, broadcasts, publications, products and personal (non-commercial) materials.  Pornographic, defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful use of any purchased image is strictly prohibited.

• No more than a total of 10 individuals, all of whom must be employed by the purchasing entity, may have access to the purchased image.
